He has saved me a ton of money during lease turnovers. He can take a rug you think has to go and make it look new again! I had a tenant call another company, when they moved out, to clean the carpets. I walked in and thought these stains must be there for good they already had it cleaned. I called Brian and like magic - most stains were gone, or at the very least, barely visible - and the carpet is refreshed, sanitized, protected, and ready for the next tenant.
