In-plant cleaning is best for handmade or machine-made rugs containing natural fibers. Our technicians will come to your home, inspect your rugs, and discuss your cleaning concerns. Once we pick up your rugs, they will receive a thorough cleaning using specialized tools and processes that are impossible to perform on location. Additionally, rugs cleaned in-plant can dry in a temperature-controlled room. 
 

After your rugs are dry, we give them a final inspection, wrap them in brown craft paper to protect them, and schedule delivery. Upon delivery, we can put the rugs back in their place.  

 

Technicians can typically clean wall-to-wall wool carpets and synthetic rugs on location.
